If you ever had a Beretta M9 in the military, or just like the 92FS- this pistol is a no-brainer!
It’s well made and very accurate, disassembles just like the 9mm version. It came with one 15-round magazine and I purchased an additional one from Buds.
It’s a great training aid for practicing the fundamentals of shooting the 9mm M9, especially the DA/SA trigger pull.
Shipping and service from FAAS were excellent, as always and I would definitely recommend this pistol!

When they came out I bought a Glock 44 to have cheap training that matches my work gun. Now I’ve gone full bore on it. If only I had my own pop-up targets this gun would be just like my M9 in the army. I have an M9 commercial, but this one comes to the range with me.

As one who has owned and shot many .22s, both revolvers, and autos, I think this is the best of the bunch. I’m a military veteran and carried the M9 (9mm) for years so was looking forward to getting this gun in .22LR. When it arrived, I cleaned it up and took it out to the range, and put 100 rounds down range without a hitch. Ran beautifully with CCI mini-mags. The trigger is smooth and light, the gun felt great in the hands and the accuracy is amazing. All in all a superb pistol that I highly recommend. I also would like to commend Bud’s for getting a great price and providing great customer service. Used the convenient layaway plan and when the gun was shipped Bud’s promptly provided the tracking number, making for a smooth and professional transaction. I also own an S&W compact .22 which is fun to shoot as well as Rugers and a variety of rimfire revolvers. But the Beretta tops them all. Only one small gripe: the gun comes with only 1 15-round magazine and spares are hard to come by. If you’re listening, Beretta, I think it would be wise to market this excellent pistol with at least two mags. Otherwise, I’m a very satisfied customer!

I bought the Beretta M9 .22lr after my full size S&W .22 broke and S&W refused to fix it because they don’ t make that model any longer. They sent me the compact version in replacement and I was very disappointed in comparison. But now with the Beretta M9 .22lr in hand, I do not miss the Smith at all. The only complaint I have is the grip is very thick. I purchased thinner more aggressive grip panels on Amazon and as long as I don’t wear this one out, it will be my favorite firearm.

Finally got a chance to get out to the range today and try out the new Beretta .22. Ran about 150 rounds of 22 LR through it without a problem. What a great shooting pistol.
